A video released on Thursday by state broadcaster ERT shows a 59-year-old man allegedly aiming and firing a gun at a sanitation worker in the Athens neighborhood of Gyzi on Monday.

The worker was not injured.

The man was located and arrested on Tuesday.

Police have filed charges of attempted murder and weapons violations against him. A search of his home uncovered a revolver, a pistol, three knives, two brass knuckles, and 14 cartridges. The suspect was brought before a prosecutor.
