The measure to freeze prices on products whose prices have risen is being extended.
This was announced by Development Minister Takis Theodorikakos, speaking at the presentation of the annual report of the research body for the Hellenic Confederation of Professionals, Craftsmen and Merchants (IME GSEVEE) on the green transition in small businesses.
This measure prevents suppliers who have increased prices from offering promotions or discounts for three months. It also applies to all products sold in supermarkets and expires on October 31.
