Development Minister Takis Theodorikakos met with representatives of the Federation of Hellenic Food Industries on Thursday. The meeting focused on an initiative to reduce prices on basic consumer products.

Theodorikakos had previously held a similar meeting with the Greek Supermarket Association.

According to a statement from the ministry, the representatives of the Federation of Hellenic Food Industries committed to reducing the prices of a wide range of products.
